Nah i couldn't et the day off T_T The arm is fine need to get the stiches out though. going to be riding this thursday to try and get back in the grooves, ain't being riding off road for 3 weeks now...

Nah pain is gone...didn't hit the muscles so I got away lucky...stiches arn't coming out till well a while from now so yeah...though it is healing good. I'll add you on FB and upload the picture later xD Shogun Total war 2 is very very very addictive lul

Yeah but i won't be able to ride, stiches are coming out in 11 days from today. don't really want to race with stiches in my arm tbh xD. Yeah i did, send her a message earlier today...Am so bored though xD

Nah am back home! Finally xD got discharged yesturday being home since off for 7/10 days for recovery xD got a proper sick note too xD paid for recovering! lol

Yeah I'll come down to take pictures though and watch it. Had surgery yesterday and it's being covered since, if it's clean and the infection isn't back then fingers crossed am outta here today! Btw did you manage to get rich and sophies details??

would something like shimanos sti set up work? like dip the lever to tug the wire one way and the thumb piece to move the other wire or move it the otherway, just ratchet it them different directions and have them both sprung to pull them back into the standard position after a gear change
